  • All Summer and  Camp Tuition Balances must be paid in full before or on the first day of classes.

  • We accept Cash, Check - Payable to: Boom Dance Complex ($25.00 fee for all returned checks),
    PayPal at boomdancecomplex@yahoo.com

  • NO refunds for missed classes.

I hereby agree that Boom Dance Complex LLC, its directors and staff, are NOT responsible for any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, or injury during or resulting from my child’s participation in any capacity of or relating to any function or activity of the said Boom Dance Complex LLC.
* I further give permission for any photos and videos taken during this program to be used in promotion of Boom Dance Complex LLC.

You can only register for one dance camp at a time. If you are singing up for more than one, and want one payment please download the attached PDF and submit the form to BOOM Dance Complex at 3939 NY-281, Cortland, NY 13045.
